| When completing the entry form please list your choice for individual events. It will be assumed, unless there is a comment to the contrary, that the swimmer will be attending the entire meet and can be placed in any relay. If a swimmer needs to leave early or is coming to the meet late, please note that in the comments section so they are not placed in a conflicting relay. By doing this we can minimize the changes made to relays the day of the meet. All swimmers should have a form turned in, even if they are not attending the meet. |
